The Gaaton stream, from its source to where it encounters the sea, is a complex set of territorial, urban, natural, hydrological, human, historical, transportational questions and opportunities.

When we confronted all these questions, we chose to look at them through a holistic prism of the route of the river along its entire length and in all its layers. The leading design principle was the creation of a living, growing and built linear space. In this space, wild nature penetrates into the heart of the city, transportation and commuting are made next to a natural and flowing stream, businesses take place in a lush green environment, vehicles give way to pedestrians and bicycles, and the city and nature become one.
